Disney

Im sure as we have all grown up, we will all have loved Disney at some point during our days,
however as we have become older most of us have lernt what Walter Disney as a person was like, and have also lernt what the Disney corp is like. I will now stop at this point to avoid sander, but I think we all know
D is for Disney:

Evil enterprise attempting to control the minds of the next generation and have the intention to take over every business on earth.

Bluetool's

Another addition to the A-Z book.
Everyone knows this one and we all hate them.
I am talking about the infamous bluetool:
A person who wears a bluetooth wireless earpiece everywhere they go to seem trendy and important. Places to spot bluetools include movie theaters, malls, restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and cars.

More Freelance

Yesterday I was working on a re-design of the Something Blu menu, however i don;t intend t post this as its the same as the first design, just a new menu.
I was however asked to design a poster to promote the "meal deal's" that they are now doing
So here is what i came up with. There isn't much to explain here. I have tried to include the Something Blu menu as much as possible, but felt it best to only use part of it.
As for the illustration, well it's obvious. One of the big sellers will be burgers, plus, coudn't think how to illustrate a steak sandwich.

Wallace & Grommit bare all !!!

I found out about this new ad campaign from npower yesterday, and felt it was worth letting you know as it airs for the first time on sunday

The ad, by incumbent agency Beattie McGuinness Bungay (BMB), shows Wallace taking a shower when the boiler breaks down, blasting him with cold water.

As viewers see Wallace ‘naked' for the first time, Gromit fails to fix the boiler, and the duo are forced to call in npower's ‘Home Team Bob' to make the repairs.

The campaign launches on the evening of Saturday 28 March, just ahead of ‘Switch off for Earth Hour 2009' at 8:30pm, when charitable body WWF is encouraging consumers and businesses to switch off lights for an hour.

Npower signed up the characters as brand ambassadors on a two-year deal last December, ahead of the launch of the latest Wallace and Gromit 30-minute film, A Matter of Loaf and Death.

The characters have appeared in tactical press ads around this winter's poor weather conditions, and this campaign marks the first in a series of TV ads, each with a new theme around energy efficiency.

Npower became the latest utilities provider to lower prices this week, announcing an 8% cut in electricity prices on Monday. It follows similar pricing changes from British Gas, E.ON, EDF, Scottish Power and Scottish and Southern Energy.

Honda Ad

Just seen this ad on tv for the first time in over a year.
In my opinion on of the best ads eve made and well worth a look

Released: December, 2005
This humorous commercial just about sums up Honda's approach to impossible dreams: By aiming for the impossible, Honda makes impossible dreams happen.

IKEA

Another one for the A-Z book,

The theory here was that I could re-create the ikea logo, but as a flat pack since the only thing you buy there comes as a flat pack product.

I IS FOR......... IKEA

A large furniture store that sells everything in a million pieces.
